SCOPE brings together relevant evidence—event information, political risk indicators, crime signals, and operational conditions—into evidence-linked contextual intelligence. Our organisational ontology approach connects that context to venues, assets and responsibilities, helping reviewers understand what matters and where further judgement is needed.
SCOPE is designed to coordinate analytical tasks across a network of specialised agents—from gathering relevant evidence and mapping relationships to comparing sources and identifying information gaps. Working within a shared organisational ontology, these agents support activities that would otherwise require substantial analyst effort, helping people focus on interpretation, challenge and accountable decisions.

Exactly twelve hours before go-live, the approved package becomes an immutable baseline for handover to the live operational function.

SCOPE records the evidence, compares it with the retained context and prepares a proposed amendment. The authorised reviewer determines its effect within the TITUS assessment workflow.
Only an approved amendment updates the assessment. Versions, reviewer decisions and change history remain traceable; the system does not silently alter the approved record.
